It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to receive your products. We ship UPS ground. If you need your order quicker, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. Please open your package and check your products as soon as you get them.
RETURN POLICY
Our custom products are not returnable. Non-custom products may be returned within 15 days with a 10% restocking fee. Please call us to receive a return authorization number. We not do return shipping costs. If there is something defective about your product, please contact us immediately and we will replace it. Please call us with any concerns you have and we will work with you to find a solution.
